Our Story
Nash Kebab was born out of a simple belief: that the best food is honest food. Lana and Vince started this food truck in 2020 with nothing more than family recipes, a passion for Mediterranean cuisine, and a deep love for feeding people well.
What began as a small food truck operation quickly became Lebanon’s most-loved spot for gyros, kebabs, loaded fries, and fresh salads. Every dish we serve is prepared from scratch each morning — no shortcuts, just real ingredients and real flavor.
We are proud to call Lebanon, TN our home. Whether you stop by for a quick lunch, a family dinner, or you’re planning a catering event, we treat every customer like a guest at our own table.
